I like it, though the fact that you draw anime is showing. The proportions on the face are off a bit. (Sorry, I'm going to kind of critic you since I have a year's worth of figure drawing nagging at me.)

The eyes are too big, the mouth too small, and the noes is not only to small, but to pronounced. The nose, in a realistic portrait, is usually shown through shading. If you really want to make it look more realistic, you'd want to utilize shading tricks for the noes and where the chin meets the neck. If you were to look at the painting Mona Lisa, you'd see that instead of using a contour line to show the neck, Leonardo used shading to point out that it is there.

You put the eyes in the middle of the head, that's really good. Most people don't realize that the eyes are right about the middle of the head. The hair is beautifully drawn. I would love to see more darks in this picture though. Contrast makes things pop. It also would give the picture some more dimension.

Overall, it looks good. Just watch out for shading and proportioning.
